Being Aware – is being in the ‘present or the now’ – much easier said than done. Mindfulness and other concepts stop BB temporarily.
The problem is how can you be ‘present and mindful’ when you need to’?

BBS is conquered by learning to become aware when you are in ‘mind storytelling’ mode and ignore the stories. All successful sportspeople, entrepreneurs, motivational speakers, and ‘gurus’ can do this at will – so can you when you know how.

When you notice and are ‘aware of your mind‘ brain bandwidth and energy is increased; that consistent overwhelm evaporates, and your perceptions of everything change to what we ‘CAN DO’, rather than disempowering limitations of we ‘CAN’T DO’ …. because you have eliminated BBS.

Self-Awareness
When self-awareness is developed, you learn to notice the [Negative] stories your mind constantly creates, and effectively become an observer of yourself and actively listen to everyone else.

BEING Self-Aware
Pivots you OUT of negative limitations and propels you into all possibilities.
Self-Control
BBS, overload, and constant distraction keep you focused on [negative] mind stories which means ‘you’re NOT in control and will react‘ rather than stop and think.

‘Being in Control’
You cannot STOP the stories, ‘being in control’ means you ignore them.
Self-Responsibility
You become self-responsible once you gain control over ignoring your mind’s stories. This means you no longer react, feel empowered and notice all available possibilities that you could not see before.

Being Self-Responsible
You know its up to you, you no longer blame others – no one is in your head but you

Self-Regulation
As a self-regulator, you eliminate BBS by ‘consistently engaging both your sensory (not emotions) and mind intelligence, you see ‘the forest and the trees’ with every encounter.

Being Self-Regulated
You ignore the judgemental stories in your mind and constantly see possibilities.
